One of the first things I do when researching, is to obtain copies of Death Certificates, as they usually contain the names of the deceased's parents, including mother's maiden name. To obtain Death Certificates (very inexpensive)on Anton and Margaret from the Clerk and Recorder Office, use the following site to find Toole and Dawson Counties:
