I have a card that belonged to my uncle Wally Fleming Jones Jr. He was 54 yrs.old when he died Feb.3,1972.I believe he worked with a railroad.

The card reads like this:

The above card is made of a hard green plastic.It is most likely a employee card for some where.Can any one tell me where,or what it may be?
