Would it be possible for someone to lookup a name in the 1870 Montana census? August J. GETZ/GOTZ was born in Sept. 1843 in Germany and served in Co. E, 3rd Regt., US cavalry during the Indian Wars of 1867-71. His unit served in the Dakotas, Wyoming and by 1870 it was stationed in Montana. If found I would appreciate the census details and the reel number. Thank you. Randy (Canada)
