The following information is from the Forestvale Cemetery records:

Chubbuck, A.J., residence Toston, Montana, died March 31, 1947, bronchial pneumonia, age 70, Undertaker was Connors in Townsend, lot 1162, Glenwood.

Chubbuck, Anna C., residence El Cerrita, California, died 3/11/1967, age 87, Undertaker was Roon Ellis (probably in California), lot 1162, B2, Glenwood.

It appears that Anna died in California and her remains were shipped up here to Helena, Montana, Forestvale Cemetery.

I hope this helps. A.J.'s death certificate can probably be obtained from the Broadwater County Clerk and Recorder.
