Lukin; John, Peter, Albert, Robert, Emma

I have been searching for the Lukin family for some time and finally found that they were busy buying land in Montana (McCone, Glacier, Pondera counties) from about 1922 to 1942 and beyond. The BLM site is quite nice for finding these land records. Other Lukins listed were Dora, Mary, Alphonsine, Bernadette.

Emma, John, Albert, Peter and Robert Lukin were the children of Anna Evenson and Ole Lukin who married in MN and moved to ND. Other siblings were Belva, Jennie, and Maude. Dora, Mary, Alphonsine, Bernadette may have been daughters of Peter or Albert. Some last names on these records were also Iverson, Vielle, Graves, Thomas, Brown, and Blasey; the married names of the daughters I'm supposing.

Anna was the half-sister of my Great Grandmother Mary R. Evenson. Their father was Jorgen Evenson who migrated from Norway in about 1872. Anna and Mary and other siblings were born in Norway and came over with Mary's mother Pauline after Jorgen got settled.

I have a wonderful photo of Anna and Ole and their children taken in ND around 1900 or so and a few post card from Gaines ND from Robert to my Grandmother. I don't know where Ole or Anna died.

Any information or just a connection with long lost cousins would be great.

Pam
