HUGHES/BRYSON Family in Southwestern Montana
Posted by: Patrick M. Hughes Date: February 16, 1998 at 17:39:59

I am researching my Family on both Paternal and Maternal sides. On my Paternal side, Floyd James Hughes, my Grandfather, apparently came to Montana from Missouri sometime after 1915. His wife, Mayme Della Orr came with him from Missouri. On my Maternal side, William Meredith Bryson, my grandfather, came to Montana around 1900 from Missouri. He married a Montana native, Julia McDonnell, who was born April 14, 1885 in Three Forks. Her father was Michael McDonnell, and her mother was Mary Ann Lane of the Three Forks Lane family. If you have any information on any of these branches of my family, I would appreciate hearing from you. I have more details.
