Hello. I am a biological daughter of Richard Allen Russell. My birth certificate states that he worked for E.C. Olson Lumber Company in Spokane, Washington at the time of my birth in 1956. He was 34 years old at the time.
He married my mother, Beverly Anne Mills of Spokane, Washington, on 10/02/1953, in Coeur D'Alene, Idaho. They had two children, my older brother in 1954, and myself, and were divorced on 05/09/1957.
I had been in contact with Clara Farmer a long time ago but we decided not to pursue a relationship at that time.
I was quite surprised to see your inquiry when I searched his name today.
