Hi!
I am hoping this is the right county. I am looking for info on The Hotel Lincoln circa 1916. My gg uncle was the Proprietor of that hotel, and I am trying like mad to find out whatever happened to him. His name was Neil PETTINGER, aka Cornelius J. PETTINGER, born abt.1868 in Cedar Rapids, IA to Nicolas PETTINGER and Anne/Anna THOSS(later,SINGER).He had a younger brother named, Edward Nicholas PETTINGER (b. 9 Nov. 1872 in Cedar Rapids,IA)who is my gg grandfather.

Neil had 4 children:
1. Ann b. 1911
2. "Buddy" (unknown real name) b. 1914
3. (twin)Patsy b. 1919
4. (twin)Peggy b. 1919
