Chicago Tribune (IL) - December 05, 1941
Montana Naval Aviator Killed in Plane Crash
San Diego, Cal., Dec. 4 (AP). -- A navy plane plunged to earth with terrific speed and crashed in flames in Flint canyon, 23 miles northeast of here today, killing the pilot. The navy indicated the craft was a single-seater fighter, piloted by Albert W. Jaworski, 22, a marine second lieutenant from Havre, Mont. Reports from Poway, a village near the crash scene, said the body of the pilot was found approximately 250 yards from the plane, which was scattered over a wide area.

I am not related.
