SEEKS DIVORCE

Kalispell, Sept. 4 – Mrs. Violet Burns has filed action for divorce from Earnest Burns, charging desertion and non-support. The couple were married in Whitefish in August, 1923, and have a child of which Mrs. Burns asks custody.
