At the Library today I found two books that contain a lot of biographical information. One is newer and sells for $24.95, but may be well worth the price if your families are mentioned.
It's: "At the Foot of the Beartooth Mountains
A History of the Finnish Community of Red Lodge Montana" by Leona Lampi @1998 by Leona Lampi Hassen
This one can be ordered at the Carbon County Historical Society, PO Box 881, Red Lodge, MT

I just called the Historical Society and the other one has been reprinted.
"Red Lodge Saga of a Western Area" written and compiled by Shirley Zupan and Harry J. Owens and it sells for $39.95.
They told me about a third one. It is a book about the community of Roberts called "Roberts: The Agricultural Metropolis of Carbon County" by Ed Fenlason and Mel Gemmill and it sells for $14.95
