I believe I found your family in Sheridan, WY, in 1920, although Norman & the daughter's birth dates don't match up and the wife's name could be Laura but looks like it starts with a B (illegible):

1920 Federal census, Sheridan, Sheridan, WY
Charles E. Wright, Head, Age 46, POB: MO; Father's POB: IN; Mother's POB: not shown, Occupation: Miner
Laura(?)B., Age 47, POB: MO; Father's POB: IN; Mother's POB: MO
"Rayce" B., Son, Age 20, Single, POB: KS, PPOB: MO; Occupation: Miner
? Looks like Gloand? G., daughter, Age 17, Single, POB: MO
Norman, Son, Age 13, POB: KS

1930 Federal Census, McKinley, Yakima, WA (Yakima Indian Reservation), 2 apr 1930
Charles E. Wright, Age 57, Age at first marriage: 24; POB: MO; Parents' POB: IL, Occupation: Farmer
*Laura B., Wife, Age 57, Age at first marriage: 25; POB: MO; Father's POB: IN; Mother's POB: MO

*mistranscribed in index as "Luara"

I hope this is some help.
