Wright Family in Big Horn 1918

Looking for information on Charles E. (Charlie) Wright and family in Montana about 1918. Charles married Laura Bell Driskill about 1899. Both born in Missouri about 1873. They had children Rans Bird Wright born 1900, Garnet born 1902 and Norman Wright born abt 1904. I have located them in Big Horn in 1918 through Rans' WWI draft registration card filed Sept 1918. Card lists them as boarders with a Mrs.(name illegible). Rans is a student. Any help appreciated. Thanks
