I, John Halligan, of Lima, Beaverhead County, Montana, of the age of fifty-five years, and being of sound and disposing mind and memory, and not acting under duress, menace, fraud, or undue influence of any person whatsoever do make, publish and declare this my last Will and Testament, in the manner following, that is to say:
FIRST: I direct that my body shall be decently buried with proper regard to my station and condition in life and the circumstances of my estate.
SECOND: I direct that the executor of this my last Will and Testament, herinafter named, as soon as he shall have sufficient funds in his hands so to do , pay my funeral expenses and the expenses of my last sickness and all other just debts and obligations subsisting against me or my said estate.
THIRD: I give and devise to my brother, Peter Halligan, of Lima, Beaverhead County, Montana, the sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00).
FOURTH: I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, of which I may die seized or possessed, or in which I May have any title or interest, whether the same be real, personal or mixed property, and of whatsoever nature or kind, to my neice, Miss Anna McKenna, now residing at 238 Flint Street, Rochester, New York.
FIFTH: I hereby nominate and appoint Henry Fitter, of Lima, Beaverhead County, Montana, the sole executor of this my last Will and Testament.
SIXTH: I hereby revoke all other or former Wills or Dispositions by me made.
IN WINESS WHEREOF, I have herunto set my hand and seal this the 30 day of October, A. D. 1909.
