the timing is right. If he were appointed as guardian
of this family thne I would think he was probably her
brother; possibly an uncle.
I'm not sure this is the right Elizabeth and John H.
ERWIN but right time, place, abd the source of my data.
I have no idea what happened to Elizabeth and John H.

HISTORY NOTES: Elizabeth JARRELL (Jerrell)
1834 - Elizabeth Jerrell Erwin petioned the court in to appoint
herself as guardian of John H. Erwin, her son.
27 Mar 1834 - and she was appointed gaurdian
22 Feb 1835 Brantley Jarrell was appointed gaurdian of John Erwin and
Elizabeth Jerrell Erwin.
