I am also looking for information from Lum Funeral Home.
I talked to Bill at Glenwood Funeral Home who said that Mrs. Lum owned Lum Funeral Home around 1937-43 at the place that Fisher Funeral Home now stands(I think it may be the same home).Fisher was also in business at another location at that time. They were the only two at Vicksburg at that time according to Glenwood.
Around 1944 Mrs. Lum sold out to Theobald(sp?)who moved to Port Gibson, Ms.,later. Glenwood bought him out and now owns that Funeral Home. Bill at Glenwood says there are no records from Theobald and Lum. Glenwood never had them.
So, it is back to square one.
I am looking for records on Mcnemar who was buried at Bovina and cannot find the grave or cemetery.
