Majorie Foster Fenel, 60, died June 17, 2009, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union County. She was born Nov. 1, 1948, in Hickory Flat to Richard Foster and Joeann Wilson Foster.
Services were at Greater New Hope Baptist Church with burial in Foster’s Cemetery in Hickory Flat. Serenity Funeral Home of New Albany was in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors included her daughter, Belinda Foster of Chicago; her siblings, Benny (Tracy) Foster and William (Daisey) Foster of New Albany, Anthony (Ann) Foster of Detroit, Mich., Joseph Foster of Texas and Ozella (W.C.) Foster of Memphis; two grandchildren, one great-grandchildren.
