Larry Wayne "Blaze" Young, 58, died Oct. 4, 2009, at his residence. He was born March 25, 1951, in Tennessee to Robert Basil and Lois Mock Young. He was an electrician for 10 years and a member of IBEW Local 852. He was a Mason and a member of Paden Lodge 412.
Services were at Palestine Church at Paden with burial in Palestine Cemetery. Deaton Funeral Home of Belmont was in charge of arrangements.
Survivors included three children, Scotty Young (Rachel) of Corinth, and Deedra Hollon (Brad) and Chris Young, all of Tishomingo; one sister, Judy Chaney (Charles) of Graham, Ky.; three brothers, Perry Young (Patricia), Roger Young (Joann) and Danny Young (Lanelle), all of Tishomingo; two grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Judith Nichole Young, and his parents.
