Forney Louise Gossett Hutchinson, 82, died March 9, 2009, at her home. She was a homemaker and a member of the Westminister Presbyterian Church, where she was an elder.
Services were at McBride Funeral Home Chapel in Ripley. Burial was at Westminister Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Ripley.
Survivors included her husband, Earnest L. Hutchinson of Ripley; one daughter, Judy H. Lewellen (Gary Don) of Ripley; two sisters, Vance Helen Parks of Ripley and Jimmie Cherry of Savannah, Ga.; four grandchildren, Candi Draffin (Jeff) of Soronto, Ill., Elizabeth Ward (Perry) of Myrtle, and Brandi Rowland (Steve) and Dylan Lewellen, both of Ripley; six great-grandchildren, Brett.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Vance and Mary Elizabeth Moffitt Gossett; one daughter, Anita H. Freeman; one sister, Eva Sarthou; and one great-grandson, Wes Rowland.
