I think I have figured out the link here. You stated George W Eavenson had two brothers. Thomas and Willis. A Thomas Eavenson born 1808 in Elbert, GA, maried to Sarah or Sally Thornton had a daughter Lucy Ellen Eavenson (my gg grant mother)also born in Elbert, GA. Lucy ultimatley married my gg grand father (william Manning Cason)in DeSota County, Miss. My ggrand father from small pox abt 1833. She ultimatley died and left orphaned chldren one of which was my grand father. I believe Lucy was the grand daughter of Thomas Eavenson, brother of George W. Eavenson. Do you have a list of the children of Thomas or who Thomas married, etc?.
