Misinformation in "The Heritage of Tate County"

Some of my relatives can be found in "The Heritage of Tate County." Unfortunately, much of the information is wrong. For instance, this book says my grandmother was married to her brother-in-law. It says my great aunt was married to her brother-in-law. It spells my father's name wrong. It says my grandmother had two children, but my father was an only child. The other child attributed to her was her neice. It claims he was raised by his grandmother, when that is not true. But his cousin was raised by her. It attributes the wrong Civil War record to my great grandfather. And on and on. Can anyone help me correct this misinformation? I have documentation of everything that I claim is correct. The person who wrote the article is not related to the people in the article. Thanks for any advice or help you can give me.
