Gum Springs Cemetery Question
Posted by: Natalie Maynor (ID *****6939) Date: August 08, 2005 at 11:22:42

Does the cemetery behind Gum Springs Baptist Church on Gum Springs Road belong to the church? In other words, is the name of that cemetery Gum Springs Baptist Church Cemetery? If not, what is its name?

I was taking tombstone pictures in Rankin County a few days ago and hopped down into Simpson County for a little while in search of the Old Gum Springs Cemetery. I didn't find it (am pretty sure now where I went wrong in looking for it) but did find the one behind Gum Springs Baptist Church. I want to add the pictures to findagrave.com but need to know the cemetery name.

Thanks.
