Rubel Lee and Sadie Davis were my maternal gparents. My mother was chid Joyce M.(b. 2/6/30 d. 1/4/98) History says that Rubel and Sadie were killed in an auto accident late 30's. Joyce was placed in a Mobile, AL orphanage and was ultimately adoped by Ernest Augustus and Ellen Coordelia (Harville) Middleton of Bay Saint Louis, MS. Thew Middletons were the people I knew as my grandparents.
Very little is known about Rubel and Sadie. Any info/data you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
