Mickey D. Dawson, 56, died May 19, 2009, at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo after a long illness. He was a former employee of Hall’s Printing and a Methodist. He enjoyed car models and working on his truck.
Services were at Waters Funeral Home with burial in the Asbury Cemetery.
Survivors included a brother, Donnie Dawson (Brenda); a sister, Ruby Moore (Ronnie) of Baldwyn; two godchildren, Michael Tullis and Ashley Tullis of Corinth; special friends and caregivers, Ann Ward and June Boothe.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Alma Dawson.
