BATESVILLE - George “Ted” Wright, 68, died April 10, 2009, at his residence. He was a retired cable worker for Mastech.
Services were at Eureka A.M.E. Zion Church. Burial was in the church cemetery. Hodges Serenity Funeral Home had charge.
Survivors included three sisters, Bobbie Brassell, Jessie Carr and Mae Frances Carr, all of Batesville; three brothers, Adolph Carr and Charles Carr of Batesville and James Carr of Kansas City, Kan. and his god-mother, Gennie Todd of Batesville.
