Brooks, Blansett, Staggs, & Thompson Families

Seeking info. about John Wesley & Nettie Blansett Brooks, William Rush & Ida Butler Staggs, and Jesse Winifred & Sarah Joyce "Thompson" Brooks children, or any documentation about their descendant's. John Wesley, and Jesse Winifred Brooks, were the sons of M. R. & Lucy Brooks, who settled there from Georgia in 1870. William Rush Staggs first married Cynthia Rebecca Wilburn abt. 1885 in Pickens Co., Alabama. Cynthia gave birth to four children, and died in the 1890's near Elrod, Alabama. She was buried in the Wilburn Family Cemetery, in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama. William Rush "Bill" Staggs came to Miss., probably after his oldest daughter Alma Pearl Staggs married, and moved with her husband; James Alvin Terry. William Rush Staggs married second to Ida "Butler" Simmons abt. 1900, in Clay Co., Miss.! They had five children.
