Correction to previous post. BLM/GLO website has the James listed as James Morgan but Anc.com has it listed as James Hogan. In looking at the copy of the document Hogan looks to be correct.

Therefore I don't need info on James Hogan. It was James Morgan I was interested in. Maybe I'll e-mail BLM/GLO website to see if they can correct.
