I have a Michael McDANIEL and wife, Susan KOONCE in Noxubee county, Mississippi. They were both born in North Carolina in about 1812. Their children were: Daniel, Morris, Martha, Mary, Hopia, Richard, John Cass, Sylvestor and Sarah Catherine. I know that Daniel was born in North Carolina and before coming to Mississippi the family was in Sumter county, Alabama. Several of the McDANIEL children ended up in Texas. I would love to correspond with anyone working on this family. I am also working on the HARBOUR family.
