I have the Monroe County History Book and listed are the following Ritter familys: (1)Anderson Ritter b 1797 NC and died in Itawamba Co, MS abt 1820 marreid Phebe Douglas Young.
(2)Everett Ritter b. 1804 SC d. 1871, married jane Hornback.
(3) James Ritter b. Germany married mary jane Burcham.
(4) John Ritter b. 1799 NC, d 1955 married Mary Clementine Pickle.
(5) Roland Ritter b. 1872, married Bellzora Celementine Miller.
(6) Steven Ritter b. 1866, Ms d. 1947, married Sallie Anice Kirkpatrick.
(7) Thomas Ritter , married Delilah Ray in 1850.
(8)William Ritter ,married mary Cody.
