Mrs. Maudine M. Roberts, 51, died in Kenosha Hospital in Kenosha, Wisc., June 13, 1972 after an extended illness. She was born near Smithville and married Odis R. Roberts in 1940. They had lived in Kenosha since 1953. She was a member of the Pentecostal Church. Funeral services were held June 16 in the chapel of Pickle Funeral Home with burial in the Turon Cemetery.
Survivors included her husband; two sons, Larry Roberts of Pasadena, Calif., and David William Keith Roberts of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Billy Holloway of Tremont and Miss Deborah Kaye Roberts of the home; five brothers, Herman Pickle of Glenwood, Ga., A. C. Pickle of Welch, La., Greely Pickle of Enterprise, Ala., Coleman Pickle of McDonough, Ga., and Raborn Pickle of Tucson, Ariz., six sisters, Mrs. Conley Jones of Bossier, La., Mrs. Jack Wynn and Mrs. Grady Roberts of Ocean Springs, Mrs. Gayron Hankins of Boliver, Tenn., Mrs. Jimmy Brown of McDonough, Ga., and Mrs. Russell Bush of Smyrna, Ga.; five grandchildren.
