I have the Lowry history that I obtained from a Lowry in Amory about 12 years ago. Some of it is in the handwriting of a Lowry, Nancy Emaline Lloyd.
I had a bad experience with a person that the Monroe Co. site has listed as a researcher. She even has a message that she has photos of my Smith/Lowry people. I contacted her in Montana and was eager to exchange information. I sent my
Smith information quickly to her.
When she got my information she would not exchange with me and referred me to the Mormon Library to purchase their info. I did ($30) and the information that she promised was not even on there. Her name was Debbie Fotopoulous. Since that time, her phone number and address does not exist.
She is using my Smith information because some blank places are now filled in.
