Louise, Robert Elkins' other daughter was Sarah Ann who married Job Lowry. This is Bud's line down through the Irvins, Rays, and Riggans. It seems that many families (Lowry, Irvin, Elkins) came from Kershaw Co., SC into Monroe Co. about the same time, settling in the Sipsey Fork/Splunge area. Can't type very well...rotator cuff tear...very painful.......call me.
