Wilma Foote Easter, 81, died Aug. 31, 2009, at Gilmore Memorial Hospital in Amory. A lifelong resident of Monroe County, she was born April 12, 1928, to Wilson Bud Foote and Margie Dell Owings Foote. She was a homemaker and a retired employee of Dollar General. She was a member of Bethel Apostolic Church in Amory.
Services were at the Tisdale-Lann Memorial Chapel in Aberdeen with burial in Oddfellows Rest Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Claudie Clayton Easter Sr.
