Dr. Thomas Clay Williamson (T. C.), born in Jefferson County, AL, on 5/19/1827, son of George Williamson and Sabrita Sabra Dulaney, trained in Pontotoc Cty, MS, in 1850 and married 3 MS wives. Then lived in Lee Cty, MS, with 3rd wife, Rhoda "Rhody" Cornwell Matthews, daughter of Elijah Cornwell and Elinor Taylor of Pontotoc Cty, to about 1870-87 +or-. Then moved maybe to Wise Cty, Tx, then to Pickens, now Marshall Cty, Chickasaw Nation, Indian Territory, then to Carter Cty, Chickasaw Nation, IT, then to Pottawatomie Cty, Okla. Terr. where he homesteaded the town of Brown, OK. Does anyone know if there was a wagon train which left MS this family was included with? Has anyone any information on this doctor practicing medicine in Lee County, MS?
