Seeking Cato family from Choctaw Indian tribe

Desperate to find information on Robert, Willie/William, or Mary/Maria Cato from Mississippi. They would have been born anytime between 1845 and 1890. At age 13, Mary gave birth to a son, supposedly in Paint City, Oklahoma (Choctaw Reservation?) in 1897 and died six months later of a fever. Then the uncle, Robert Cato, took the boy, named Wilson Guytine, to southwest Louisiana, then to Orange County in southeast Texas. The name Leo Sanders is also mentioned.

I've been through's Cato postings until my eyes simply gave out. Can anyone out there help me?

Thank you.
