Hi Wayne,

I have read somewhere on line that Parks helped form the Fellowship Baptist church in Bellefontaine and that it became Bethany Baptist Church in Slate Springs and that he may be buried there. I have also seen online that Nathan was buried "near" Grenada, but don't know where.

Parks and Nathan are both my ggg-grandparents. Sarah D. Middleton, daughter of Parks married Matthew B. Roberts, son of Nathan, down thru Joseph Emory Roberts to my gradfather, Jesse Walker Roberts.

I also live in Texas as Matthew and Sarah left Mississippi in the 1850's and came to the Caldwell/Bastrop County area in Texas. I have a copy of the Roberts family tree chart and I remember seeing the Beasley name on it as marrying one of Nathan's children.

Do you know of any of the pictures of these older ancestors that are floating around out there?

Barbara
