Virgil Harrison is not W. W. McEwen's son. He is married to W.W and Eliza's McEwen's daughter Audrey Brooks McEwen. Virgils parents were James M. McEwen and Nannie Harrison. James M. is buried in Black Jack Cemetery in Mississippi and Nannie is buried in Elmwood Cemetery in Memphis. Audrey Brooks McEwen is buriedin Elmwood too next to Nannie. Nannie Harrison McEwen has no stone, but Audrey has a rather large one.Ada Carline Wooten nee McEwen is Virgils sister and is buried in Forest Hill Cemetery in Memphis. Virgil also had a brother Willie H. buried in Black Jack Cemetery along with his father.
