On several FREEDMEN BANK RECORDS, I find the name of
WILDON-----------wonder if there is a connection to the
WHILDEN surname of SC?
1. WILDON LINDSY is listed as father of DOCK LINDSY, b GA
2. SAMUEL WILDON is listed as sibling of LEWIS J. WINSTON,
b MS.
Any info may help in my WEEDEN, WEELDON, WHELDON, et al,
AA/Native search of family history.
