Lost Huffman Family in Mississippi

I am looking for any information on the parents of Sarah Ophelia Huffman Rowan. Sarah was born March 12, 1896 around Charleston, Mississippi and also lived around the Sledge, Mississippi area which is now in Quitman County and could have been part of Panola County. Her parents were killed in an accident when she was 3 years old and she was put in the Methodist Children’s Home that was in Water Valley. She was adopted by William and Mary Jones that lived in the Blue Springs area. The orphanage burned in 1904 so all records were lost.
