The census-taker's handwriting left a lot to be desired.I'll email you the 1930 image and you can make your own judgements.
There should be a death certificate on file for Minerva assuming that she died in Mississippi in the 1930-1950 period.The Mississippi archives in Jackson has early ones (1912 to 1943) with the State Health Dept having the complete set.Here's the link to the archives:
