I,am searching for information on Conley Lewellen born around the years of 1847-1851 possible in Tennesse his mother was born in north carolina in the 1800s, it is reported he came into mississippi as a slave he settle on the bailey farm, worked for a Dr. Isham Bailey in early grove township in marshall county mississippi, he married Amanda Dowdy in 1872,in holly springs Mississippi children were born unto them, many sons and daughters, many granchildren, great grands, great great grands,and so on of which I am one of the great grandsons, Dudley Lewellen Jr. I am SEARCHING FOR ROOTS!
