Hello Linda:

Yes it is the same Lutze family. In particular I am trying to track John Lutze, the father of William Lutze, and determine his family history. John Lutze was born in Germany (perhaps 1840-1850 ?) and likely died in the late 1800's.

I am also looking for information about his wife Susie Bowman and her family. She apparently was born in Mississippi (b ? d ?).
