Hi,
I am looking for info about siblings of Frank Wilson Manning b. 1878 in MS

Frank Wilson Manning was a police officer or sheriff in Yazoo City who died @ WW I when he " shot himself while cleaning his gun or was shot breaking up a bar fight."

father was R.E. Manning b. 1836 in MS
mother was Mariah b. 1835 in SC
wife was Mary Segari, daughter of Anthony or Samueal Sagari of New Orleans

Also looking for info about family of, parents & siblings of R.E. Manning
father should be from NC
mother should be from SC

I have been told that because of the great fire, the great flood and the great war that most records of this time period are gone.

I would like to say because of the great Lady Katrina b. 2005. all of my records are also gone. Washed away in the tide of history so truly any help would be appreciated
