Priscilla Sawyer Brooks moved to Leake co., MS before 1850. She was a widow, her husband Benjamin Brooks died in Monroe Co.,AL in 1837 and she was in MS on the 1850 census with some of her children. I have information on some of the children but not the others. She died sometime between 1853 and 1860 (I found her on the county census of 1853 but not on the federal census of 1860) Goshen cemetery has some Brooks and related families buried there.
