I tried to do a lookup for you. The ONLY thing I found on your Warwicks was:
SSDI closest match:
William Warwick 9 Jan 1907 Apr 1975 Widener, Saint Francis, Arkansas
Nothing at all comes up the 1910, 1920 OR 1930 census that matches your info on them.
However, the best I could find was info on the Sullens. Thought I'd gather that up (attempting to go the long route hoping to trace out Myrtle) but that failed. Without knowing what Myrtle's maiden name was (I'm not finding her to match up to any Myr* War*k), I get stumped.
About the best thing you could do would be to get a copy of William's death certificate and see who his parents are listed as. Or Myrtle was, it seems, probably married in Miller County, MO and if you could get her marriage info to learn her maiden name so she could be found on census.
I know, you said you were on a limited income, but I don't think without obtaining at least one of these you will be able to go back any further. You could also apply to SSA and get a copy of William's SS application, which should/may show parents names, but last I knew that ran around $30.
I thought the other two items may be a less expensive route to go.
