The info you posted (I also checked your posting history) was a bit confusing. On this post you say Elvin married Meady, yet on another post you say Meady was his mother and he had married to "ethel avion".
What I could find on census:

(So it appears that Elvin's mother was Alice, who later married to a Roberts)I could find no more on an Alice Harris Roberts. 1910 census is indexed by head of household only, and as you will see, none of the William Harris in this same county fits to be Elvin's father and Alice's husband. None had a daughter Maud/Maudie.

42, born AL. Wife Nancy J, children Erin, nancy, Marion, Missouri, Lula and Connie. Mary Friday was an Aunt living with them. This doesn't look like it's the above family.
Also here is a William J Harris, 51, b Mississippi. Married once for 31 years. Wife Easter,34, married once for 31 years. (yes, it claims she was 34 years old). had 15 children. children Martha, (Mona? Flora? Mary?), George, daughter unreadable, Everson?, Berta? and Elsie. Easter and all children claim Alabama birth.
