History of Madison Co., MS: Samuel Patton, Ann Myers Patton

Is there a History of Madison Co.? If so, would someone do a lookup for me. My ggg Grandparents, Samuel Patton and Ann Myers Patton were married in Madison Co., 1840's. Moved from there to Catahoula, LaSalle, Parish in LA in early 1860's. Living with Samuel and Annie in 1850 census was a Susan Myers, age 8. Have much on the Pattons, but no information on parents of Ann Myers Patton. 1870 census in LA states that she was born in MS in 1827 and that her father was born in MS also. Thank you, Rebecca
