Quincy Duffy died May 15, 2009, at the North Mississippi Medical Center. He was born Jan. 20, 1979, to Teresa Duffy. He joined North Green Street Church of Christ at an early age. He graduated from Tupelo High School in 1997.
Services were at North Green Street Church of Christ in Tupelo with burial in Porter’s Memorial Cemetery. N.L. Jones & Son Funeral Directors was in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors included a daughter, Ja’meia Copeland, and her mother, Keshia Copeland, of Tupelo; his mother, Teresa Duffy of Tupelo; two brothers, Kelsey (Shawanna) Duffy of Southaven and Corey (Shorell) Duffy of Tupelo; grandmother, Barbara Duffy of Tupelo.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, James E. Duffy Sr.; and his great-grandparents, Cliff and Evelyn Ashby.
