My Kemper Co. MS ancestors were John Key married to Martha (Patsy) Davis all of Moore Co. NC and Yelverton Octavius Stanley (Y.O.S.) Webster of Amelia Co. VA. YOS Webster married Elizabeth Key daughter of John and Marta Key. I have been told that he was the first postmaster of the area. I have found them in the 1837 state census and would like to find their land records. Will share any information I have with anyone researching these people. mary margaret selig-trahan
