I could not find a marriage record for Dora Ann Pugh but I did find her with her parents in 1880 Winston Co., MS.
Her parents were J.D. Jolly, born c1833 in MS and Mary A., born c1842 in MS.
You can see the relation to the names of her children: J.D. Pugh and Jack Jolly Pugh.
Since Dora was there in 1880 and living there with her children as a widow in 1900, I would guess she had married one of two Pugh men from 1880 Winston County. Either John H. Pugh or W. Augustus Pugh.

I hope this has been of some help and is the correct family for you. If it is, it should not be too difficult to learn more about the Winston County Pugh and Jolly families.
